Garbanzo Medley




Today's Hearty Feature Is A Medley Of Cooked Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas) (2 Cups). Coconut Milk. Turmeric. Cumin. Cayenne Pepper. (2) Green Onion's. (3) Minced Garlic Cloves. (2 Cups) Broccoli Florets. (1 Stock) Celery Thin Sliced. 1 Medium Tomato Chopped Small. Fried Tofu. Olive Oil. Himalayan Crystal Salt (Or Sea Salt). Extra Ingredients Not In Picture: Sliced Carrots, Ginger, Curry. All Vegetables Added Last And Cooked Mildly To Preserve Their Fresh Crisp Flavors. Bon appetit!

Fried Sweet Taters



Chopped Sweet Potatoes. Canola Oil. Peru Sweet Yellow Onions. Italian Seasoning. Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, And Himalayan Crystal Salt (You Can Also Use Sea Salt). Prepare The Same Way That You Would Prepare Fried Potatoes. This One Is VERY Flavorful!

Sweet Dreams



Ok. Here Is One Of My Favorites. Easy To Make And Especially Great For The Autumn Season. A Baked Sweet Potato, Spiced Up With Cinnamon, Just A Little Honey And Himalayan Crystal Salt, And A Bit Of Almonds. Topped With A Bit Of Smart Balance Buttery Spread. And I'm Hooked!

Taste Of The Islands



Simply Plantains Sliced, Spiced (With Cinnamon And Nutmeg), And Fried In Grape Seed Oil. This One Was A Little Over Ripe So It Was Very Sweet. Simply Delicious!

Southern Breakfast



Here We Have A Simple Salad To Start The Meal Off With. Spring mix. Tomato. Pimento Stuffed Spanish Manzanilla Olives. And Oil And Vinegar Or Dressing Of Choice.



This Is A Slight Twist On A Common Breakfast Food. Grits. Corn. Fresh Cut Celery. Chopped Green Onions. Sea Salt. Minced Garlic. Red Cayenne Pepper. And A Healthy Choice Of Buttery Spread. Served Up With A Few Cuts From A Whole Grain Sour Dough Loaf. And Olive Oil With Italian Seasoning And Pepper For Dipping.

The Fried Eggplant I Cooked In Canola Oil. The Batter Is Cornmeal. Whole Wheat Flour. Baking Powder. Sea Salt. (Vegan) Chicken Flavored Seasoning. Black Pepper And Organic Red Cayenne Pepper.

The Salad Is Simply Spinach. Avacado Mixed In Sea Salt And Balsamic Vinaigrette. Lost Of Cucumber. Sesame Seeds. Sunflower Seeds And Roasted Pumpkin Seeds.

My Recommendation: Serve With A Healthy Unbleached Italian Or French Bread.

The Super Salad





Organic Fresh Spinach. Red Leaf Lettuce. Organic Avacado Diced And Salted (Sea Salt) In Balsamic Vinaigrette. Fresh Grated Carrots. Crushed Lemon Grass. Almonds. Sliced Almonds. Pumpkin Seeds. Sunflower Seeds. Manzanilla Olives. Organic Broccoli Sprouts. Sesame Seeds. Raisins. Extra Virgin Olive Oil And Pickled Ginger Sliced.
