(2 Cups) Broccoli Florets. (1 Stock) Celery Thin Sliced. 1 Medium Tomato Chopped Small. Fried Tofu. Olive Oil. Himalayan Crystal Salt (Or Sea Salt). Extra Ingredients Not In Picture: Sliced Carrots, Ginger, Curry. All Vegetables Added Last And Cooked Mildly To Preserve Their Fresh Crisp Flavors. Bon appetit!
